Turn your photo into a unique, personalised illustration. You have the choice of solo image, being with friends or being alongside some of your favourite footballers. This would be the perfect addition to your home or a gift for someone special. 

HOW TO ORDER

1.  PLACE YOUR ORDER

Pay £5 and Reserve one of the 7 weekly slots 

*This is the reservation price and will be deducted from the full illustration cost

2. SEND PHOTO & REQUIREMENTS

Email photo (check photo guidelines in listing photos) and order number to info@GoalStar.co.uk with details of which illustration option of choice and any specific requirements.

3. REVIEW ORDER & PAY INVOICE

Once details & price (price may change if there are more detailed requirements) is agreed you will be invoiced for the outstanding balance, when this is paid work will begin on your custom artwork. 

4. APPROVE & RECEIVE ARTWORK

Once the artwork is complete (generally within 2/3 weeks), it will be sent to you for approval or revision, you have 24hrs to request any changes. Once this is complete the final version will be emailed and/or posted (within 5 working days) to you.

Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship most items within 5 working days.

Clothing: is made to order so can take up to 14 working days to be produced and shipped.

Drinking mugs: these are also made to order, please allow 7 working days from order for these to be dispatched.

No orders are shipped on the weekends.  

At times I would ask for some patience, I am a one man band and do all the artwork, postage and packaging myself and although i do aim to get orders out on time it's not always possible. Also times such as public holidays or during sale when the volume of orders are significantly high.  Orders for multiple items will usually be shipped together, but on some occasions they may be sent separately this will be at no extra cost. Please contact us here if you have any questions about your order or prior to making an order.
